You may return any item EXCEPT CUSTOMIZED items within 7 days of delivery date for a full refund.  Item must be in good condition (no damage or missing components with tags attached and in original Daitye, Inc. box or bag).  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Once you have sent your item to Daitye, Inc., you must notify us and provide us with a tracking number.  In the event your item gets lost - Daitye, Inc. is not responsible and you as the customer must file a claim with the carrier used to return the item to us.  You will be fully refunded (excluding original shipping costs) once we receive the item back at our facility.
