Shipping is free with any purchase of $50 and up (US only).  Use code FREESHIP at checkout to receive discount.  Items are shipped using the US Postal Service (Priority with insurance and a tracking number).

NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS WITH ZIP CODES:  10550, 10552 AND 10553.  If you wish to pick up your order, please use code MVFREESHIP at checkout to exclude shipping costs and you will be contacted shortly after to arrange your pick up.

 If there are any damaged items upon receipt, we must be notified IMMEDIATELY and you will be given an address to return the damaged items for repair or replacement.  If you do not notify us of a damaged item within 3 days of receipt of your package, we will not honor a repair/replacement. 

Please note, Daitye, Inc. is NOT responsible for shipping charges to return damaged items as they will not leave our facility damaged and more than likely occurred during transit. Additionally, Daitye, Inc. is not responsible for lost packages - in the event your package gets lost, please notify us and we'll file a claim with the US Postal Service.  Please note - each item is individually precision-cut or handcrafted, therefore fill & ship times may vary. Once orders are received, you will receive an approximation on when to expect the order to fill & ship which can take up to 2 weeks.  Customized items may take up to 4 weeks.
